Clemente Barrera currently leads multiple project teams as a Vice President overseeing staff development, implementation of company standards/processes, and outlining plans for successful performance of the projects.
He joined the team in October 2015 as a Construction Manager for a residential high-rise in Houston. His project background includes over 1,800 high-density condominiums and apartments in both high-rise and mid-rise product types valued at over $600M. He is currently manages over 1,500 units spread across three horizontal, low-density projects valued at over $250M.
Barrera received a Master of Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science from University of Texas – Pan American.
