Designed by Ziegler Cooper Associates,Aris Market Square is a 327,345-square-foot, 32-story for-rent multifamily development that contains 274 luxury boutique-style residences and eight levels of parking. The ground floor includes 9,000 square feet of retail space on Travis and Comments restricted to single page Preston streets, as well as a private pocket park courtyard connecting to Main Street, accessible to the project's residents as well as its retail patrons.
The project was completed in November 2017.
