Sentio is a 318,000-square-foot luxury multifamily development on 11 acres in north Phoenix. Located at the northwest corner of Happy Valley Road and 35th Avenue, the project is part of a larger commercial development that will include seven acres of new retail offerings directly adjacent to the community.
The multifamily community consists of six three-story buildings and an addition alone-story building which will include a clubhouse and fitness amenity center that surrounds the pool.
