Technology is a critical part of our toolbox for the way we do business with all vendors and subcontractors. We use digital platforms noted for their efficiency and ease of use throughout the industry.

• We make all payments via echeck or ACH; we are happy to set up all vendors on ACH for fast, efficient payments
• We use Textura for all Subcontract draws, including all periodic and final waivers and affidavits
• We use AP Express for faster processing of all Vendor invoices
• We use JD Edwards as our accounting system

Modern Constructors utilizes key platforms to support all phases of construction management, from RFPs and bids, to project documentation, scheduling, and more.

• Building Connected for all our project solicitations and bid submissions
• ProCore for all our project level documentation and communication
• Primavera P6 EPPM for all project scheduling
